three levels
Silver, Gold and Platinum
Each level reflects how long an employer has kept listening, and how much they have acted on.
Silver
The starting level, for employers with a sustained record of listening and acting.
Gold
For employers who have kept it going for longer, and changed more along the way.
Platinum
Our highest level, for the longest unbroken record of listening and acting.
Who can qualify
- Minimum 20 employees on the platform for the whole qualifying period
- Active customer in good standing
- At least one completed listening cycle
How long it lasts
- Assessed once a year
- Held for a full year once awarded, so it can sit on your website without changing
- Reassessed at the next annual review
